I’m kind of hanging around the house this morning, waiting for Mother to call. If Leon’s not getting out of the hospital, I want to take her to visit. If he is, I’ll be picking him up while I’m in town.

To-do:

  • Before I leave, I have to start the pot roast cooking for tonight. I bought one on sale the other day.
  • Chiropractor (he said I could use the whirlpool there today. Oh happy day!)
  • While out, I need to stop and pick up “my” cereal at the health food store, and I want to swing by the neighborhood DaySpring’s in to see what on earth that huge building is that I’m seeing on the map.
  • I have to call and schedule doc appt’s for Ken and I, and send some medical bills to the lawyer.
  • Make appt to get dogs and cats their shots, and toenails clipped (the vet will have to call out the National Guard for Daisy!)
  • Pay bills.
  • Find a baptistry heater.
  • Work on DaySpring’s SoF and membership paperwork.
  • Clean fish tanks.

Will I get it all done in 1 day? Eeesh. I don’t know!

Well, not too bad. I cooked the roast (DELISH!), went to the chiro (WONDERFUL!), got my cereal, paid bills, and found (hopefully) a baptistry heater. Also picked up Leon, who’s out of the hospital now.

The rest is on today’s to-do list. Sighs.

Who needs a heater for a baptistry? You’re in there for a grand total of what, five minutes? ;) Y’all should make it icy cold–then your new believers would REALLY be dying in Christ! *giggles*

    Hope you’re well, Kathi!
